Originally they formed a band called "Gille Loves" in Nagoya. After struggling almost for a decade they moved to Tokyo and changed their name into Fiction. The band members where Lucifer Luscious Violenoue [already known as "Gothic Queen"], Gardie, Sylvian Ashworth and Oscar Luscious Violenoue [Lucifer's black cat, named “Oscar” since that was Lucifer's nickname in High School, having as reference the character from “Versailles no bara”]. Throughout their long career they have created almost depressively dark, deep but sensual world. Even it is said that so many fans took their music too much seriously so that they had to announce them that this is just a fiction and that's why they changed the name. Fiction has several influences from occidental music from the 80's specially of british bands like "Bauhaus" from which they made a couple of covers, translating the lyrics from english to japanese. As a band they released one album “Lucifer toiu na no oningyou” on January 1997, based on the first track “Lucifer toiu na no oningyou” Lucifer wrote a short story called "Egoisuto nakimito, kiminoo ningyou" ["Egoist you and your doll"] that was published in SHOXX magazine on January 1997. They also released on March 24 1997 a video clip tape named "Akuma no koi", which was directed by Lucifer. All albums and videos where edited under the label “WORLD e'ND” which is Lucifer's own label, she self produces her record company and is in charge of shooting videos, taking the pictures writing lyrics and composing songs next to Gardie, so she does almost everything on her own!. The band was involved on Omnibus albums such as "Tribute to BAUHAUS and SATORI" where they made a cover of Bauhaus song "In the Flat field" and "THE FINAL EVOLUTION" with the song "Yami no chizoku - The Night Kinsmen - " [where you can actually hear Oscar at the end of the song ^_^!]. Later on the band disbanded. Lucifer continued with her solo carrier, Gardie joined Lipstick Killers, about Sylvian Ashworrth there is no information, although he collaborated in 1993 with Naruzy Suicide current Lipstick Killer member in Flower Suicide Romance there is not information available about other works he did after Fiction disbanded.
